Perhaps “new” isn’t exactly the right word to use. Here at Montway, we are constantly working to improve programs, our support, and ourselves to make your experience as easy and effortless as it can be. That being said, it has been an exciting year for all of us, and we are looking forward for our plans to come with 2015.
2014 was an exciting year for everyone. Since I started back in February, we’ve managed to almost double in size. The extra orders and business is more than welcome, but it brings it’s own challenges. The most important thing for us was to make sure with that expansion, we weren’t sacrificing the customer experience we have become known for, and never to forsake the customer’s that got us here.
Almost as important is making sure we keep up with the times and with our growth. When growing into a larger business, some things that may have worked before just may not be enough anymore. This can be the hardest things for a lot of business owners to cope with, as these are the building blocks which they built their success on, and coming to terms with the fact that they need to be replaced or modified to match their expansion can be a hard pill to swallow.
Luckily though, that isn’t the case for us. We are constantly looking for ways to change how we operate, how we look at situations, or the tools that we use to make sure that at the end of the day our customer’s are always the first priority and they are always getting the best possible service and experience from us.
One of the most important things to us is our website. Ultimately, it’s where a lot of people will get their first taste or glimpse of our company. It tells our story, gives them the information they want to know about us, has a great FAQ’s section to answer any questions they might have about auto transport in general, and it all boils down to their first impression.
We strive to be on the cutting edge, and currently our website is a bit outdated. Which is why I’m glad to say that our number one project is to completely re-design our website to make it faster, easier, and more visually appealing than ever before. We’ve been hard at work for months at this, making sure that when it finally gets to your browsers you will be blown away with our new vision.
New Year’s is a time for celebration, and that always dreaded New Year’s Resolution. Montway has resolved to one, simple pledge: to make your experience easier and better for you. We cheated a little bit though, because we aim to do this every day already.
