Mary Bartlett

Vice President of Business Development

Mary Bartlett is a seasoned executive whose career spans nearly two decades in the automotive industry. As Vice President of Business Development, Mary plays an essential role in shaping Montway’s growth strategy. Her contributions to the industry earned her the 2023 Women in Supply Chain Award—an accolade highlighting her leadership in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Before Montway, Mary spent 12 years at CARFAX, working with automotive groups at the corporate level to change dealer processes. Supporting a key region, she managed 17 direct reports and 40 total employees. One of her proudest achievements was leading the launch of four products into the marketplace, including Carfax Advantage, which grew from a dealer base of 0 to over 30,000.  Mary’s first industry job was at a dealership in her home state of Arkansas, where she also earned a Bachelor’s degree from Arkansas Tech University. 

As a strategist with a keen focus on optimizing dealership operations, Mary’s vision is vital to improving the future of automotive logistics.
